TCF is proposing to have two wall signs and one freestanding <br /> sign. The freestanding sign is a monument style that complies <br /> with the sign standards set forth in the PUD Agreement. <br /> The two wall signs will be on the east and west elevations. <br /> These signs also meet the requirements found in the PUD <br /> Agreement. <br /> I. Police Department <br /> 1. The Police Department has requested to meet with TCF at some <br /> point to review security issues. <br /> Staff has met with Shea Architects and TCF to discuss the issues mentioned <br /> in this report. At the time of preparing this report, revised plans had not <br /> • been received, therefore, the comments relate to the original submitted plans. <br /> If staff receives the revised plans prior to the reports going out to the <br /> Commission members they will be included. Several of staff's comments <br /> should be addressed in the revised plans. <br /> Recommendation <br /> It is recommended the Planning Commission recommend approval of the <br /> CUP request by Shea Architects and TCF for site plan review to construct a <br /> 5,179 square foot financial institution with the following conditions: <br /> 1. All comments listed in the report to the Planning Commission dated <br /> October 24, 1995, be incorporated into the review plans for approval. <br /> 2. The city engineer comments outlined in the memo dated October 17, <br /> 1995, be incorporated into the plans. <br /> 3. Applicant provide four sets of review plans to the city for review and <br /> approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> • patcf95-20 <br />
