It is recommended that if the car wash is to stay at <br /> this location, the sidewalk be redesigned and moved away from <br /> the building to minimize the conflict of vehicles and pedestrian <br /> movements in this location. <br /> • 3. It is recommended that a 6 foot wide sidewalk be extended from <br /> the existing sidewalk along Proctor Avenue and aligned with <br /> one of the proposed sidewalks on site.
