Park and Recreation Commission Meeting Page 3 April 12, 1995 el 6. Windsor Development- Lafayette Woods Phil Hals led the discussion on Lafayette Woods and displayed a preliminary plat of the property. He also stated that this plat will not be going to the Planning Commission until May and there may be some slight revisions so the Park and Recreation Commission will have the option of considering this plat at the May Park and Recreation Commission meeting. COMMISSIONER OLSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO CONSIDER SIDEWALKS ON BOTH SIDES OF 195TH AVENUE, RUSH DRIVE, HIGHLAND ROAD, AND UPLAND AVENUE, AND ON ONE SIDE OF EACH OF THE CUL- DE-SAC STREETS. COMMISSIONER DANA ANDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. It was the consensus of the Park and Recreation Commission that they would like to see the plat before it reaches the Planning Commission for their preliminary plant review. Inelos 7. COMMISSIONER DALEIDEN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE • MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 8. Grant Application for Property Purchase Under Minnesota DNR Natural and Scenic Grant Program Commissioner Tuttle reviewed the needs for information for the grant application and the work involved with this process. A brief discussion was held. COMMISSIONER OLSON MOVED TO SUPPORT MIKE NIZIOLEK AND HIS GRANT APPLICATION. COMMISSIONER DANA ANDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 9. Park Improvement List for 1995 A lengthy discussion was held on the following list of park improvements.
