MSA Resolution Regarding Elk Hills Drive <br /> <br />The City Administrator <br />resolution designating <br />Avenue as a MSA road. <br />administratively through the <br /> <br />indicated that the City Engineer is preparing a <br />Elk Hills Drive from School Street through Dodge <br />He indicated that this has been granted <br />MnDOT office. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 86-78. A RESOLUTION <br />ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS. AS DRAFTED BY TERRY MAURER. <br />CITY ENGINEER. AND THAT THE RESOLUTION BE FORWARDED TO MNDOT. <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />e lab. Youth Hockey Gambling License <br /> <br />No action was taken to veto the request for a gambling license by Elk <br />River Youth Hockey. <br /> <br />lac. Landfill License <br /> <br />Councilmember Gunkel indicated that the Landfill License will be up for <br />renewal in a few days. She stated her concern that the City try to work <br />with the County Commissioners as to what the license covers and what some <br />of the concerns are since the last license was issued. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Council that the City staff contact Brian <br />Benson regarding this matter. <br /> <br />lad. Roma Tool <br /> <br />Councilmember Gunkel indicated that she had heard a rumor regarding Roma <br />Tool laying off employees and stated her concern regarding the grant they <br />had received to remain in Elk River. <br /> <br />Councilmember Tralle expressed his concern regarding the length of the <br />Utility Commission Minutes. He indicated he would like to see the <br />minutes be a little more explanatory regarding discussion at the meeting. <br /> <br />e <br />
