The perimeter landscaping consists of primarily conifers. These <br /> groupings could be complemented with some medium size <br /> shrubs. <br /> 3. A typical planting detail should be included at each entrance to <br /> give a uniform component to the Planned Unit Development. <br /> 4. All landscaped areas shall include underground irrigation. <br /> 5.
