Chairman
Kropuenske also noted that the City had received a letter from Jim Kline
regarding his concerns with the plat.
Jim Kline of 10528 175th Avenue indicated there was a problem with
ownership of a strip of land he owned. Mr. Kline indicated he would like
to see this issue settled before this was approved.
Chairman Kropuenske closed the public hearing.
• Chairman Kropuenske indicated that he would also like to see the
ownership of the strip of land included in the plat settled before this
issue goes to Council. THAT $400 IN PARK DEDICATION FEE BE PAID FOR THE TWO ADDITIONAL
BUILDING SITES CREATED WITHIN THE PLAT.
2. FLAG SHAPED LOT BE REQUIRED TO
HAVE ENGINEERING TO ASSURE THAT EROSION PROBLEMS DO NOT OCCUR.
3, THAT THE DEVELOPER REIMBURSE THE CITY FOR THE COST OF REVIEWING THIS
PLAT PRIOR TO THE COUNCIL ACTING ON FINAL PLAT REVIEW.
