Site Plan Review (24 Unit Apartment) by Gary Santwire <br /> Steven Bjork, Zoning Assistant, explained that Gary Santwire is <br /> requesting a site plan reveiw for a 24 unit apartment in Barrington <br /> Place. Mr. Bjork reviewed the site plan issues as outlined in staff's <br /> memo. Mr. Bjork explained since the apartments have already been <br /> approved, the Planning Commission will only be reviewing site plan <br /> issues . <br /> Gary Santwire was in attendance to address the off street parking issue <br /> and agreed with all stipualtions as outlined in staff's memo except for <br /> parking. Mr. Santwire indicated they were proposing 24 enclosed stalls <br /> and 24 open stalls. The project is proposing a play area in lieu of the <br /> additional twelve parking stalls. <br /> COMMISSIONER FUCHS MOVED TO APPROVE THE SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR 24 UNIT <br /> APARTMENT COMPLEX BY GARY SANTWIRE WITH THE STIPULATIONS AS SET FORTTH IN <br /> STAFF'S MEMO WITH THE ADDITIONAL STIPULATION: <br /> 1. THE APRTMENT COMPLEX MUST PROVIDE 24 ENCLOSED AND 28 OPEN OFF STREET <br /> PARKING STALLS AND THE PLAY AREA AS PROPOSED. <br /> COMMISSIONER OLSEN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 110 <br />
