One of the greatest <br /> being the proposed mall on yackson. This has also been weighing on our minds and hearts. We rived <br /> on the end of yackson where Highway 169 and 5ackson meet. We are hoping you will.vote yes on the <br /> Elk,Park, (all at the city council meeting October 26. Zt would be a great hardship to us if it does <br /> not go through. Our home has been moved off this property and our old rented house totally vandalized <br /> We sold our .(and to Scott Ericksen and Associates and built a new home. Being this land was zoned <br /> PZID we dud not think,there would be the rise of selling our property as there has been. 'This would <br /> be a great hardship for a number of other people also, including the First National Bank,of Elk,Qiver <br /> and many of the engineers who have dedicated much time and money to this project. <br /> 'The entire town of EkRiver and surrounding areas would benefit from such a mall We have lived in <br /> Hk,River the greatest part of our lives, and with the epplodrng demography in this area and the <br /> • projected growth predicted in the next 30 years this mall could be a real blessing to our town bringing <br /> revenues and jobs for the surrounding areas. Zf our town does not build the shopping mall, you can be <br /> sure the next town will and we will become a ghost town. This planning has been in the making for <br /> 2 1/2 years now. It's time to move ahead and get moving on this project before the anchor stores of <br /> Cub and Wal- (art decide to go elsewhere. A rot of people, including engineers have been working hard <br /> to get codes, roads and green areas in accordance with city council's specifications.
