The property involved contains
approximately 30 acres which currently holds approximately 7 acres of water. I have been
meeting with Mr. Carlson regarding the use of Mr. Foster's land for storm water drainage
which would be generated by the proposed Elk Park Center.
Based on my meetings with both Mr. Foster and Mr. Carlson, Mr. Foster's position is, at
this time, as follows:
A) Mr. Foster does not oppose the development of Elk Park Center;
B) It is Mr. Foster's intent to cooperate in attempting to solve the storm water
drainage requirements generated by the proposed development.
I am confidant that positive progress has been made in bringing this matter to a final
conclusion. I believe we can all be optomistic that it will be resolved in adequate time for
the proposed project to proceed without any delays due to Mr. Foster's property.
Sincere ,
• Gary L.
