_Li
f
l
k River TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
FROM: GENE SCHULDT, COUNCILMEMBER
DATE: NOVEMBER 24, 1992
SUBJECT: CORRECTION TO 11/19/92 MEMO
REGARDING ELK PARK WEST DEVELOPMENT
In my previous memo , dated November 19, 1992 , I included a statement
at the end that Steve Rholf , our B&Z Administrator, was recommending
approval of the most recent layout of the proposed development . Upon
reading the memo, Steve called me to clarify his position on the
development and the comment made to me. At the time, he and I were
reviewing the latest drawing for the project , and it included the
alignment of Freeport Street meeting 193rd Street at Jackson Avenue .
Steve ' s comment recommending approval was only for that proposed
alignment of Freeport Street, and did not include the entire proposal .
Steve has assured me that this project proposal , in present form, has
too many unresolved questions to warrant recommendation for approval .
This error was a misunderstanding between the two of us during our
discussion at the time.
•
cc : B&Z Administrator
City Administrator
Planning Commission
Mayor-elect
Councilmembers-elect
Phil Johnson
Rolfe Anderson
•
720 Dodge Avenue N.W., Elk River, Minnesota 55330 (612) 441-7420
