<br />Page 4 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />City Council Minutes <br />September 25. 1986 <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle indicated he would like to see this arrangement put on paper <br />and felt it would be wise to consider this option. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the City Council that proposals for City Hall <br />building space be submitted to the City of Elk River prior to October 6 <br />and further that they would be considered at the October 13th Council <br />meeting and a decision would be made at that time. <br /> <br />The City Administrator noted that UPA <br />section of City Street for RDF purposes. <br />to request no traffic on City streets. <br /> <br />is requesting to use a small <br />He noted that the CUP is going <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the City Council that the conditional use permit <br />for the RDF state that no city streets are to be used and further that <br />the request from UPA to use City Streets not be considered. <br /> <br />There being no further business. COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED <br />THE MOTION.
