THE MOTION PASSED <br />4-0. <br /> <br />9.B Landfill Contract Proposal <br /> <br />COUNCILMlMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THAT THE CITY ENTER INTO AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH BRUCE LEISCH AND ASSOCIATES. WITH A "COST NOT TO EXCEED <br />FIGURE" TO BE DETERMINED AT A LATER DATE. COUNCILMEMEBER WILLIAMS <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />9.C Election Judges Update <br /> <br />Mr. Klaers stated that more election judges are needed and requested that <br />City staff be contacted with names of potential judges. <br /> <br />~ 9.D Liquor Store Request <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS MOVED THAT THE FINANCE DIRECTOR BE AUTHORIZED TO <br />PURCHASE A COMPUTERIZED CASH REGISTER AND INVENTORY SYSTEM FOR THE <br />MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORE WITH THE COST BEING NO MORE THAN $15.000. <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />9.E Tabled <br /> <br />9.F Deerfield 3rd Addition Update <br /> <br />It was the concensus of the City Council that the City staff check into <br />having some type of sign to be attached to building sites in the Deerfield <br />3rd addition, stating that no occupancy permits will be issued until the <br />2nd Northern access onto Highway 169 is obtained. <br /> <br />9.G Industrial Park Improvements <br /> <br />Mr. Klaers indicated that the staff will be meeting with the City <br />Attorney, Bond Consultant and City Engineer regarding bonding for <br />improvements in the Industrial Park and discussing funds from tax <br />increments for repayment of the bonds. <br /> <br />e <br />
