Equipment installed to monitor <br />temperature combustion efficiency. carbon dioxide. etc. Before RDF <br />plant can start operation. testing is done at different level loads <br />and under various conditions. by independent testing lab. check <br />criteria and noncriteria pollutants. Check for correlation between <br />their daily monitoring and independent testing results. If <br />abnormality in daily testing instrumentation. alarm goes off. PCA <br />checks their records. results sent to PCA quarterly. <br />Instrumentation is also checked periodically. <br /> <br />Roh1f- Spoke with PCA. noncriteria pollutants have no standards yet. he <br />feels that doesn't necessarily mean they are not harmful.
