<br />Page 13 <br /> <br />City Council Minutes <br />July 7. 1986 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />MAYOR HINKLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE PAY REQUEST FOR STEVE TILLMAN AT $7.00 <br />PER HOUR. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3- <br />1. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT VOTED AGAINST THE MOTION. <br /> <br />The City Administrator noted that Sharon Maue. Building and Zoning <br />Secretary had passed the six month probation period but never received a <br />six month pay. adjustment and was requesting an adjustment in salary to <br />$7.00/hour retroactive to 1/1/86. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE SALARY ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />BUILDING AND ZONING SECRETARY FROM $6.60/HR. TO $7.00/HR. RETROACTIVE TO <br />1/1/86. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4- <br />o. <br /> <br />1~.2.Meeting Time for City/County Meeting <br /> <br />The City Administrator noted that the County is selling bonds on Tuesday <br />July 29. 1986 a~ 6:00 p.m. and questioned whether the Council could make <br />a quorum for this meeting. The Council indicated there would be a quorum <br />at the meeting. . <br /> <br />Regarding agenda item #6.1 and 6.1 the Mayor made the following motion. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />MAYOUR HINKLE MOVED THAT THE CITY'S PARTICIPATION rOR THESE paOJECf~ D~ <br />FUNDED OUT OF THE NEWLY CREATED INFASTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT SPECIAL LEVY <br />FUND. COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED <br />4-0. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business. COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS MOVED TO ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION.
