ALL IDENTIFIED <br /> WETLANDS SHOULD BE PROTECTED WITH A DRAINAGE <br /> AND UTILITY EASEMENT. <br /> 4. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PARK AND RECREATION <br /> COMMISSION BE INCORPORATED INTO THE <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAT PRIOR TO BEING SUBMITTED TO THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL. IF THE RECOMMENDATION IS FOR <br /> PAYMENT OF CASH, THIS CASH PAYMENT SHALL BE <br /> MADE BASED ON THE FEE AT THE TIME OF FINAL PLAT <br /> APPROVAL. <br /> 5. STREET LIGHTS BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE PLAT <br /> AS REQUESTED BY THE CITY. <br /> 6. A DEVELOPMENT PLAN BE SUBMITTED FOR CITY REVIEW <br /> AND APPROVAL. PLANS SHOULD IDENTIFY FINISHED <br /> FLOOR ELEVATIONS, LOT CORNER ELEVATIONS, AND <br /> TYPE OF HOME. THIS PLAN NEEDS TO BE APPROVED BY <br /> THE CITY ENGINEER PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY <br /> BUILDING PERMITS. <br /> 7.
