It was the consensus of the City Council to have the City <br />Administrator and Councilmember Williams look into this matter further. <br /> <br />9C. Main Street Rezoning <br /> <br />Councilmember Schuldt indicated that the City Council had, at their last <br />meeting, discussed the Main Street Rezoning issue and had discussed <br />creating a buffer zone in the Zoning Ordinance and had sent this on to <br />the Planning Commission. Councilmember Schuldt indicated that he felt <br />the Planning Commission could no longer make an objective decision on <br />this matter because of the fact that the discussion regarding the buffer <br />zone being connected to the Main Street Rezoning was printed in the <br />paper. <br /> <br />10. Check Register <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE CHECK REGISTER. COUNCILMEMBER <br />WILLIAMS SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />11. Adj ournment <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS MOVED TO ADJOURN THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING. <br />e COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION.
