Approval to use an alternate facility will not <br /> be granted unless ConTeck has submitted documentation that <br /> demonstrates that the operation of an alternate facility will <br /> satisfy all of the requirements, terms and conditions of this <br /> License. The documentation submitted shall also include a <br /> copy of the MPCA Air Quality Division permit for the <br /> alternative facility and a description of any complaints or <br /> enforcement action regarding the alternate facility, if <br /> applicable. Performance evaluation testing shall be supplied <br /> with the documentation. If the proposed equipment for the <br /> alternate facility is substantially different than the <br /> equipment used for the previously conducted testing, the City <br /> reserves the right to require additional testing as <br /> necessary. The City will require stack testing of the <br /> alternative facility to ensure compliance with Section 2 (03) <br /> of this License if stack test results are not provided with <br /> the required documentation.
