FURTHER, THAT THIS ROAD IS <br /> TARRED TO THE PLAT BOUNDARY. <br /> 20 . THIS PLAT IS CONTINGENT UPON A VARIANCE BEING <br /> APPROVED FOR THE MAXIMUM LENGTH OF A DEAD-END ROAD. <br /> 21 . IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PLAT ARE TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 1 <br /> YEAR FOLLOWING THE DATE OF FINAL PLAT APPROVAL. <br /> 22 .
