ISLANDVIEW 2ND ADDITION WITH THE <br />OTIPULATION THAT $200 IN PARK DEDICATION BE PAID TO THE CITY AND THAT TWO <br />NEW LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS BE PROVIDED FOR RECORDING. COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />5.7.Administrative Subdivision/Robert Hagen/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel indicated that Robert Hagen has requested an administrative <br />subdivision to combine Lots 7 & 8 of Block 2. Westwood Subdivision. <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator noted that Hagen's house is situated <br />on the lot line. <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel opened the public hearing. There being no one for or against <br />the matter. Mayor Gunkel closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE <br />REQUESTED BY ROBERT <br />SUBDIVISION INTO ONE <br />THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />MOVED <br />HAGEN <br />LOT. <br /> <br />TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />TO COMBINE LOTS 7 & 8 OF BLOCK 2. WESTWOOD <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> <br />5.8.Conditional Use Permit/Charles Christian/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel noted that this item has been tabled by the Planning <br />Commission and will be heard at the January 26. 1988. Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel opened and closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />5.9.Conditional Use Permit/DKM Partnership/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel indicated <br />use. permit to expand <br />children to 97 children. <br /> <br />that DKM Partnership is requesting a conditional <br />the capacity of their daycare operation from 75 <br /> <br />Arlon Fuchs. Planning Commission representative. indicated that the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the request with the 6 <br />conditions listed in the memo by the B & Z Administrator dated December <br />15. 1987. Mr. Fuchs noted that the Planning Commission had no problem <br />with the additional 9 parking stalls shown on the site plan. <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the proposed additional 9 parking stalls. It was <br />indicated that the area for the 9 parking stalls would be blacktopped. It <br />was also indicated by DKM that there would be no barrier between the <br />parking. <br />
