MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL ~ MONDAY. OCTOBER 26. 1987 Members Present: Mayor Gunkel. Councilmembers Schuldt. Tralle. Dobel and Holmgren Members Absent: None Staff Present: Lori Johnson. Finance Director; Steve Rohlf. Building and Zoning Administrator; and Ken Norquist. Building Official 1. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. Mayor Gunkel called the meeting of the Elk River City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. Consideration of 10/26/87 City Council Agenda Item 9a. - Business Expo was added to the agenda. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 10/26/87 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5- O. 2. Consideration of City Council Minutes e September 29. 1987 City Council Minutes COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE SEPTEMBER 29. 1987. CITY COUNCIL MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. October 19. 1987. City Council Minutes The following amendments were made to the October 19. 1987. City Council Minutes: 1) Page 7. Item 5.12 - The wording should be changed to read as follows: "Councilmember Tralle stated he was opposed to the Ordinance Amendment Request because office buildings and the outside storage of mobile homes are a permitted use in the I-2 zone." 2) Page 9. Item 5.14 - The last condition mentioned should be numbered as "13". 3) Page 11. Item 5.18 - The condition set by the Council for Replat #6 to be listed under Item 5.17. e COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 10/19/87 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5- o.
