Administrative Subdivision/Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Kretsch/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel noted that <br />administrative subdivision <br />River. JOSEPH KRETSCH FOR LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 15, VILLAGE <br />OF ELK RIVER TO CHANGE THE LOT LINE TO RUN EAST AND WEST BETWEEN THE <br />LOTS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. THAT NO PARK DEDICATION FEE BE PAID TO THE CITY. <br /> <br />2. THAT NEW LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS BE PROVIDED TO THE CITY rOR Tim TWO nwtf <br />CREATED LOTS FOR RECORDING PURPOSES. <br /> <br />Discussion was held by the Council regarding the traffic turning onto <br />Main Street. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE ADDED THE FOLLOWING TO THE MOTION: <br /> <br />3. THAT THE GARAGE BE MOVED TO BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE SETBACK. <br /> <br />e COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL AGREED WITH THE AMENDMENT. THE MOTION AS AMENDED <br />PASSED 4-1.
