The site has several issues regarding Fire Lanes. The building lengths surpass the <br />allowed Dead End access, but with all driving lanes marked "Fire Lane No Parking" <br />we will allow the site layout. <br />2. The cul-de-sac shown does not meet the minimum diameter at 90ft. circle. <br />It needs to be increased to at least a 96ft. circle, as shown in the MN State Fire code <br />Appendix D. <br />Case #P 18-03, Royal Oaks Realty, Inc. —13707 185`h Ave NW — Preliminary Plat, <br />Riverplace Second Addition <br />1.
