He indicated he would be presenting the Council with a <br />written plan to comply to the Comparable Worth law at the July 27. 1987 <br />City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />15A. Expansion of Urban District <br /> <br />The City Administrator stated that Staff is attempting to comply to the <br />urban taxing district State Law. He stated that the Council can include <br />platted areas into the urban district by Council motion. He further <br />indicated that unplatted property must be done by Ordinance Amendment. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The Council discussed whether or not all of the platted areas should be <br />added to the urban district. It was the consensus that the Council must <br />be consistent if a decision is made to add platted areas to the urban <br />district. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Council that platted areas should be added to <br />the urban taxing district. but that no action be taken until the Council <br />receives a complete list of the plats to be added to the district. <br /> <br />16. Other Business <br /> <br />Councilmember Tralle indicated there were no stop signs at 205th Avenue <br />or in Deerfield 2nd. <br /> <br />Councilmember Tralle stated that the Street sign for 191 1/2 has not been <br />put up and is causing confusion for trucks hauling building supplies. <br /> <br />There being no further business. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL SECONDED THE MOTION.
