Expansion of Urban District The City Administrator stated that Staff is attempting to comply to the urban taxing district State Law. He stated that the Council can include platted areas into the urban district by Council motion. He further indicated that unplatted property must be done by Ordinance Amendment. e The Council discussed whether or not all of the platted areas should be added to the urban district. It was the consensus that the Council must be consistent if a decision is made to add platted areas to the urban district. It was the consensus of the Council that platted areas should be added to the urban taxing district. but that no action be taken until the Council receives a complete list of the plats to be added to the district. 16. Other Business Councilmember Tralle indicated there were no stop signs at 205th Avenue or in Deerfield 2nd. Councilmember Tralle stated that the Street sign for 191 1/2 has not been put up and is causing confusion for trucks hauling building supplies. There being no further business. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 5,....0.
