JOHN OLIVER AND <br />JIM SIMPSON TO '!'HE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION WITH THEIR TERMS <br />IXPIRING ON JANUARY 1, 1989. COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />THE MOTION PASSED 5-0. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the City Council to draw up a list of people who <br />might be willing to serve on the Economic Development Commission and bring <br />them to next weeks meeting for discussion. <br /> <br />6.1.Administrative Subdivision Request by John Gracik/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel stated that Mr. Gracik of 1835 Meadowvale Road. is requesting <br />an administrative subdivision to add approximately 5.000 square feet from <br />Lot 1. Block 2. Upland Heights Addition to his lot; Lot 17. Auditor's <br />Subdivision 3. and then divide his lot into two lots. <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Gracik stated the reason he was purchasing the 5.000 square feet from <br />the neighboring lot was to enlarge his lot. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public. Mayor Gunkel closed the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator noted that Staff is requesting <br />when the survey is done. and prior to the lot being recorded. the survey <br />show that the newly created lot lines will not cause any encroachments on <br />setbacks to existing buildings. The Building and Zoning Administrator <br />further noted that $100.00 park dedication fee has been paid to the City. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />REQUESTED BY JOHN GRACIK FOR LOT 17. AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION 3 CONTINGENT ON <br />THE CITY RECEIVING A SURVEY OF THE LOT SO THAT IT CAN BE RECORDED AND <br />FURTHER THAT THERE BE NO ENCROACHMENTS ON SETBACKS. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.2.Administrative Subdivision Request By David Guimont/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel stated that Mr. Dave Guimont of 21484 Concord Street NW is <br />requesting to divide 10 acres into four 2~ acre lots. Mayor Gunkel noted <br />that each 2~ parcel meets the size requirements in a R-1b zone. <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator stated that Troy Street abuts these <br />lots and that these lots would be included in the assessment when this <br />gravel road is improved. <br /> <br />e <br />
