W. property, and to fix or dispose of, as he see's fit, <br />after the vibration problems are resolved. <br /> <br />4) City of Elk River and or it's insurance company, Hill pay <br />damages to William Boop in the amount of one million, nine <br />hundred fifty thousand ($1,950,000) dollars. <br /> <br />5) Upon completion of demands, one through four, all claims <br />against Councilman Dietz, City of Elk River, and or iLls insurance <br />company, will be forgiven, with terms of the settlement to be <br />kept confidential to avoid any precedential value. <br /> <br />This letter shall be considered an offer of compromise and <br />settlement for all purposes of the Minnesota Statutes.
