(currently $116 per lot). <br /> <br />8.Park Dedication Fee shall be paid for three dwelling units at the rate applicable <br />when the subdivision is released for recording. The 2018 rate is $1,425.93 per lot. <br /> <br />9.All comments in the Stormwater Coordinator memo dated December 6, 2017, <br />shall be addressed. <br /> <br />10.Any item or condition found indicating the site is likely to yield information <br />important to pre-history or history shall immediately be reported to the city. <br />Further, the city reserves the right to stop work authorized in its approval until <br />the site is appropriately investigated and work is authorized. <br /> <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />8.1 Final Plat Miske Meadows 4 Addition <br />th <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz clarified if the city chooses to leave the road closed the developer will be <br />responsible for constructing the temporary road/turn around and the city will be responsible <br />for costs associated with opening the access. Mr. Carlton stated he is correct. <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz stated he is in favor of leaving the barricade at least until the Twin Lakes <br />Corridor study has been completed. Councilmembers Wagner and Olsen concurred. <br /> <br /> Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Olsen to adopt <br />resolution 18-10 approving the final plat of Miske Meadows Fourth Addition with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />1.A Development Agreement must be signed by the city and developer prior to <br />releasing the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />2.Park Dedication shall be paid in the amount required by the city when the final <br />plat is released for recording (currently $1,425.93/lot). <br /> <br />3.Surface Water Management Impact Fee be paid in the amount required by the <br />city when the final plat is released for recording (currently $240/lot). <br /> <br />4.Water Availability Charge shall be paid in the amount required by the city when <br />the final plat is released for recording (currently $355/ plumbing unit). <br /> <br />5.A Letter of Credit shall be provided to the city in the amount of 100% of the costs <br />of the public improvements. <br /> <br />6.Upon completion of all improvements and acceptance by the city, a security or <br />warranty in a form acceptable to the city engineer must be secured. <br /> <br />7.Development Plan shall be approved by the city engineer prior to issuance of <br />building permits. <br /> <br />8.Satisfaction of all preliminary plat update conditions approved January 16, 2018. <br /> <br />9.Satisfaction of all comments in the comment letter dated February 13, 2018. <br /> <br />10.Staff approval of all updated plans. <br /> <br />11.All mail boxes shall be clustered. <br /> <br />12.Any item or condition found that indicates the site is likely to yield information <br />important to pre-history or history shall be reported to the city immediately. <br /> <br />
