AMENDING <br />SECTION 900.20 (13) TITLED MODEL HOMES. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.1 Other Business-City Administrator Update <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />The City <br />Management <br />1988. <br /> <br />Administrator distributed the final version of the Growth <br />Plan that was approved by the City Council on August 22. <br /> <br />b. The City Administrator distributed a memo from Sergeant Bradley <br />Rolfe that discussed the Police vehicle situation. This memo was <br />requested by the City Administrator in order to provide the City <br />Council with additional information on how the Police vehicles are <br />assigned and to help explain the necessity for one additional <br />vehicle being added to the fleet in 1989. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />The <br />Lake <br />15. <br />with <br /> <br />City Administrator informed the City Council that the Land of <br />Choir Boys plan to hold their annual rummage sale on October <br />1988. at Jackson Square. City Council indicated no problems <br />this activity taking place. <br /> <br />d. The City Administrator informed the Council that Harold Dobel had <br />formally withdrawn his request for a conditional use permit to allow <br />splat ball activities taking place on his property. <br /> <br />8. Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL SECONDED <br />THE MOTION.
