He further <br />stated that the City must sign off on an application in order for the <br />County to be authorized to sell the property. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO SIGN THE APPLICATION TO ALLOW THE SALE OF <br />20 ACRES OF LAND LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS "THE N ~ OF THE NW ~ OF THE SE ~ OF <br />SECTION 2. TOWNSHIP 32, RANGE 26. SHERBURNE COUNTY. n COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that Mick Stoffers has been <br />appointed as Head Librarian of the Elk River Library. <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the Street <br />Superintendent has purchased a truck from the Hennepin County Auction for <br />$5,000. He stated the Council had authorized this purchase at a previous <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />Counci1member Tra11e requested City Staff to investigate a complaint he <br />received regarding Nord RV using public street to store recreation <br />vehicles. Counci1member Schuldt also indicated that he has become aware <br />that the recreation vehicles are also being displayed on the boulevard <br />area. <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL SECONDED <br />THE MOTION.
