Administrative Subdivision/Robert Clark/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel indicated that Robert Clark is requesting an administrative <br />subdivision to divide an approximately 66 acre parcel into three <br />parcels. She indicated the land is located in an A-1 zone and the <br />proposed lots meet the minimum aceage and frontage requirements. She <br />further indicated that the request is not affected by the moratorium. <br />The property has been inspected by the Building and Zoning Administrator <br />and the Sewer Superintendent and appears to be suitable for building <br />and septic sites. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel opened the public hearing. There being no one for or <br />against the matter, Mayor Gunkel closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />REQUESTED BY ROBERT CLARK TO SUBDIVIDE AN APPROXIMATELY 66 ACRE PARCEL <br />LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS "THE W 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 EXCEPT FOR THE E 1/2 OF <br />THE SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 7. TOWNSHIP 33. RANGE 26. SHERBURNE <br />COUNTY. MINNESOTA" INTO THREE SEPARATE PARCELS WITH THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITIONS: <br />1. THAT $400 IN PARK DEDICATION FEES BE PAID TO THE CITY FOR THE TWO <br />ADDITIONAL LOTS CREATED IN THIS SPLIT. <br /> <br />2. THAT THREE NEW LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS ARE PROVIDED BY THE PETITIONER TO <br />THE CITY FOR RECORDING THIS SPLIT. <br /> <br />3. THAT TEMPORARY SLOPE EASEMENTS ARE ENTERED INTO ON THE NORTHERN TWO <br />LOTS PROPOSED PRIOR TO THIS LOT SPLIT BEING RECORDED. <br /> <br />4. THAT THE SOUTHEASTERN LOT CREATED IN THIS SPLIT HAS ITS DRIVEWAY <br />ENTERING ONTO 217TH AVENUE. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.6. <br /> <br />Administrative Subdivision/Arnold Peterson/Public Hearing <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel indicated that Mr. Arnold Peterson is requesting to split a <br />30 acre parcel into 3 10 acre parcels. The Building and Zoning <br />Administrator and the Sewer Superintendent have inspected the land and <br />it appears to be suitable for building sites and for septic purposes. <br /> <br />Mel Beaudry was present representing Arnold Peterson. <br />
