The City Engineer stated that they have resubmitted <br />the information requested by MnDOT and are waiting for a response. The <br />City Engineer further indicated that the stop signs have been in place <br />and have been accepted by MnDOT at the railroad crossing of Jarvis and <br />165th Street. <br /> <br />5.1 Consider Completion Date Extension for Improvements in Oak Knoll <br />Second Addition <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf. Building and Zoning Administrator. explained to the Council <br />that Bob Harris is requesting an extension to the completion date from <br />May 16. 1990 to July 31. 1990 for the improvements within Oak Knoll <br />Second Addition Plat. The Building and Zoning Administrator stated that <br />the reason for the request is to assure that the developer will be doing <br />improvements in good weather. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE EXTENSION OF THE COMPLETION <br />DATE FROM MAY 16. 1990 TO JULY 31. 1990 FOR OAK KNOLL SECOND ADDITION <br />WITH THE STIPUATION THAT THE LETTER OF CREDIT BE EXTENDED TO MATCH THE <br />COMPLETION DATE OF JULY 31. 1990. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />5.2 Administrative Subdivision Request by Robert Bowersox/P.H. <br /> <br />Steve Bjork. Zoning Assistant. stated that Mr. Robert Bowersox is <br />requesting an administrative subdivision to split an approximate 17.9 <br />acre parcel into a 10 acre parcel and a 7.9 acre parcel. Mr. Bjork <br />indicated that the 17.9 acre parcel contains a house and a barn. He <br />stated that the applicant wishes to obtain a mortgage for the home and in <br />order to obtain the mortgage. the mortgage company is requesting that the <br />barn not be on the same parcel of land as the home. Therefore. Mr. <br />Bowersox is requesting the administrative subdivision to locate the home <br />and the barn on different lots. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Schuldt opened the public hearing. Mr. Robert Bowersox stated <br />that the only reason he is applying for the administrative subdivision is <br />to obtain a mortgage. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public. Vice Mayor Schuldt <br />closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />REQUESTED BY ROBERT BOWERSOX TO SPLIT A 17.9 ACRE PARCEL OF PROPERTY INTO <br />TWO PARCELS LOCATED IN THE ~ OF THE NWX OF SECTION 20. TOWNSHIP 33. <br />RANGE 26. WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />IN THE EVENT THAT THE 10 ACRE PARCEL IS SOLD TO ANOTHER <br />INDIVIDUAL. THE OWNER OF THE 7.9 ACRE PARCEL MUST CONSTRUCT A <br />DRIVEWAY SOLELY UPON THE 7.9 ACRE PARCEL. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2. THAT THE APPLICANT MUST RECEIVE APPROVAL FROM THE COUNTY FOR <br />ALL PROPOSED DRIVEWAYS ONTO COUNTY ROAD 32. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />
