It <br />was the consensus of the Council to spend up to $1.000 for the ERA <br />Foundation start up costs. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Check Register <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE CHECK REGI STER. COUNCILMEMBER <br />KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> <br />12. Other Business <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle presented the Council with a letter he had received from Ms. <br />Elk River. Susan Mikols. thanking the Council for the flower arrangement <br />and its support. <br /> <br />12.1 Utility Commission Update <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle updated the Council on Utility Commission matters. He <br />indicated that they are currently working on a project to construct a <br />building to store transformers. Mayor Tralle further updated the Council <br />regarding the negotiations which are being held with Anoka Electric to <br />expand the Elk River Municipal electric territory. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />There being no further business. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE <br />SECONDED THE MOTION.
