John Williams/Administrative Subdivision/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Zoning Assistant Steve Bjork indicated that Mr. Williams is requesting an <br />administrative subdivision to divide approximately 7.5 acres into three <br />2~ acre parcels. He indicated that the 7.5 acres is currently two <br />parcels. Mr. Bjork stated that Lot 2 possibly does not have a one acre <br />buildable site and. therefore. staff is requiring a survey showing a one <br />acre building site. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Schuldt opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Dave Burandt suggested that Mr. <br />Ulysses rather than from Tyler. <br /> <br />William's driveway access from <br /> <br />Building and Zoning Administrator. Stephen Rohlf. indicated that there is <br />a power line easement on Lot two and that the one acre building site will <br />partially include land within the power line easement (With permission a <br />drainfield can be placed in the easement). <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public. Vice Mayor Schuldt <br />closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />REQUESTED BY JOHN WILLIAMS. TO SUBDIVIDE 7M ACRES INTO 3 -2M ACRE <br />BUILDING SITES LOCATED IN THAT PART OF THE E~ OF THE NW~ OF SECTION 26. <br />TOWNSHIP 33. RANGE 26. SHERBURNE COUNTY. WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS: <br /> <br />1. THAT THE APPLICANT PAY THE PARK DEDICATION FEE FOR ONE LOT. <br /> <br />2. PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING. THE ONE ACRE BUILDING SITE FOR LOT TWO (2). <br /> <br />3 . PROVIDE THE CITY WITH A STATEMENT FROM THE OWNER OF THE POWERLINE <br />INDICATING THAT THE APPLICANT MAY CONSTRUCT A DRAINFIELD WITHIN THE <br />POWERLINE EASEMENT. <br /> <br />4. PROVIDE THE CITY WITH A STATEMENT FROM THE OWNER OF THE POWERLINE <br />INDICATING THAT A DRIVEWAY MAY BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE POWERLINE <br />EASEMENT TO ACCESS LOT 3. <br /> <br />5. PROVIDE THE CITY WITH NEW LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE THREE NEWLY <br />CREATED LOTS. <br /> <br />6. PROVIDE THE CITY WITH SOIL BORING TESTS AND PERK TESTS FOR THE <br />PROPOSED LOTS PRIOR TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION BEING RECORDED <br />WITH THE COUNTY. <br /> <br />1.
