THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />The Council recessed at 8:10 p.m. and reconvened at 8:15 p.m. <br /> <br />7.2 <br /> <br />Consideration of Fee Schedule <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf, Building and Zoning Administrator, indicated that City <br />staff has reviewed all fees charged for City services and has submitted <br />requests for adoption of a fee schedule which includes an increase in <br />some of the fees charged by the City. He indicated that it is the <br />intention of City staff to review this fee schedule on a yearly basis. <br /> <br />Cliff Skogstad reviewed the building permit fees. He stated that in <br />order to be in compliance with the State, the City should be charging a <br />65% plan check fee for all residential plan checks. Mr. Skogstad also <br />suggested increasing the residential permit fee schedule by 33% over a <br />three year period which would bring the City into compliance with the <br />Uniform Building Code fee schedules by 1992. <br /> <br />Terry Zajac, Building Inspector, reviewed the proposed miscellaneous <br />permit fees for the Building Department. <br /> <br />Sandy Thackeray, City Clerk reviewed the proposed administration <br />license fees. It was the consensus ot the Council to look more <br />extensively at the mineral excavation license fee in 1991. <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator reviewed the proposed zoning tees. <br />1'1 <br />COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 90~~, A RESOLUTION <br />SETTING FEES FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.3 <br /> <br />Enterprise Funds <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The City Administrator reviewed the Liquor Store Budget, the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant Budget and the newly created Garbage/Recycling Program <br />Budget with the City Council. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE ENTERPRISE BUDGETS FOR THE <br />LIQUOR STORE, WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND GARBAGE/RECYCLING <br />
