The City Administrator reminded the City Council about the October newsletter and requested any relevant newsletter articles from the Council before mid-September. I. The City Administrator noted that a formal request has been received for three additional street lights. The locations have been reviewed by the Chief of Police and he is recommending the installation of street lights. These three locations are at Proctor and Ridgewood Drive; Islandview Drive at Joplin Street; and Islandview Drive at 190th Avenue. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO AUTHORIZED THE INSTALLATION OF THE THREE STREET LIGHTS AS DISCUSSED. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. 6.5. Qouncilmember Kropuenske-Evans Avenue Assessments e The City Council discussed the unusual situation with the townhouse platted property along Evans Avenue and the assessments which these two residential units are anticipated to receive when the street is approved. The Council directed staff to review the situation to see if the situation is unusual enough to merit an amendment in the assessment role or a negotiated settlement with the two individuals that have assessment appeals pending. The City Attorney indicated that this issue could be discussed in an Executive Session, as the Council is reviewing a potential assessment appeal negotiated settlement. This Executive Session should be noted on the agenda and should take place at the end of the 9/17/90 City Council meeting. The City Council concurred that such an Executive Session should take place on 9/17/90. 8. Miournment THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEE'rING.
