<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />City Council Minutes <br />July 16, 1990 <br /> <br />Page 14 <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 90-19, AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 202.00 SALARIES OF MAYOR AND COUNCILMEMBERS. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />City Administrator Update <br /> <br />The City Administrator distributed a letter from County Attorney, John <br />MacGibbon, regarding the County's prosecution services. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that Northbound Liquor is <br />out of the lottery business. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that he has been in contact <br />with Dale Monecke, who is an appraiser, to appraise the properties <br />along Evans Avenue for the Evans Avenue project. After discussion <br />regarding this matter, it was the consensus of the Council to hold off <br />in hiring an appraiser. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the letters received by the public regarding <br />Planning Commission member, Rita Johnson. After discussing the matter, <br />it was the consensus of the City Council that the Mayor will SCi.J <br />letters to the complainants and further that the City Council supports <br />Rita Johnson. <br /> <br />11. Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE <br />SECONDED THE MOTION.
