Call Meetin~ to Order Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Tralle. 2. Consider 7/16/90 City Council A~enda The following items were added to the agenda: 5.4 - 225th and Ranch Road; 9.2 - Sherburne County Fair; 9.3 - Vice Mayor Salary; 7.3 - Rotary Temporary Liquor License. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 7/16/90 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 3.1 Consider 6/25/90 City Council Minutes COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/25/90 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 3.2 Consider 7/2/90 City Council Minutes COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 7/2/90 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0-1. Mayor Tralle abstained due to absence. 4. Open Mike No one appeared before the Council for this.item. 5.1 Consider Resolution Approvin~ Plans and Specs and Orderin~ Advertisement for Bid~ on Evans Avenue Terry Maurer, City Engineer, indicated that he has prepared plans and specifications for the Evans Avenue improvements. He informed the Council that bids will be opened on August 6, and presented to the City Council on that date.
