e e e MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL HELD AT THE ELK RIVER PUBLIC LIBRARY MONDAY, JUNE 18, 1990 Members Present: Mayor Tralle, Councilmembers Schuldt, Dobel, Kropuenske (Councilmember Holmgren arrived at 7:50 p.m.) Members Absent: None Staff Present: Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Sandy Thackeray, City Clerk; Steve Rohlf, Building and Zoning Administrator; Janelle Szklarski, Zoning Assistant; Lori Johnson, Finance Director; Planning Commission Representatives, Arlon Fuchs and Rita Johnson 1. Call Meetin~ to Order Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by Mayor Tralle. 2. Consiger 6/18/90 City Council A~end~ COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/18/90 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. 3.1 Consid~r 6/4/90 City Council Minutes Mayor Tralle stated that he would like the following added to the end of the last sentence under Item 8.2; (with their employment with Sherburne County). COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/4/90 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES AS AMENDED. COUNCI LMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0-1. Councilmember Kropuenske abstained as he was absent from the 6/4/90 meeting. 3.2 Consider. 6111/90 CitY-Q9~nQil Minutes COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/11/90 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 2-0-2. Mayor Tralle and Councilmember Dobel abstained as they were absent from the 6/11/90 meeting. 4. Open Mike. No one appeared before the Council for this item. 5.1 Community Center Task Force It was the consensus of the Council that due to the preliminary meeting held by the Task Force just prior to the Council meeting, that there was no need to discuss this matter.
