<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />City Council Minutes <br />February 12, 1990 <br /> <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the Police Dog issue <br />is moving forward. He indicated that Ron Nierenhausen has been <br />appointed as the Canine Officer and that training is scheduled to start <br />in March. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the Park and <br />Recreation Master Parks and Recreation Plan is near conclusion. He <br />further indicated that the Park and Recreation Commission has been in <br />discussion with Lake Orono Homeowners Association regarding the speed <br />and number of boats on Lake Orono. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the staff is <br />considering entering into discussion with Mr. Gagne regarding property <br />he owns. He indicated that the City is interested in this property for <br />the purpose of constructing the Waco Street bridge. It was the <br />consensus of the Council that it is acceptable for the staff to proceed <br />and enter into discussions with Mr. Gagne regarding property for the <br />Waco Street bridge. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council and showed pictures to the <br />Council of the Street Department sign that has been constructed by the <br />Street Department. Councilmember Kropuenske indicated that the Street <br />Department should be commended on the sign. <br /> <br />10. Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL SECONDED THE MOTION.
