Call Meetin~ to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River <br />City Council was called to order by Mayor Tralle at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Consjc:ier 1129/90 Ci t.Y._QQll.ncLLA~en(ll! <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 1/29/90 COUNCIL AGENDA AS <br />PRESENTED. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MO'l'ION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />3. Con~ider 1/22!9_Q.-9JtL_.c_QJ.LlJ.~XL}fiJ}J!te~ <br /> <br />Councilmember Schuldt stated that the second to the last paragraph on <br />page 2 should have the following sentence added: "Councilmember <br />Schuldt stated he would be in favor of allowing a model home for a six <br />month period with no time extension granted after the 6 months expired." <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE JANUARY 22, 1990, CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Mike <br /> <br />No one appeared for this item. <br /> <br />5.1. pondi tional J.Jse Permits and Ligense .R~newals_-PY__N._SE-__l!:!Ld.__U.PA!fl!JbJJG <br />BeariD~ <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf, Building and Zoning Administrator, indicated that every <br />two years NSP and UPA are required to renew their licenses and <br />condi tional use permits with the Ci ty and that these licenses and <br />conditional uses are up for renewal. Mr. Rohlf informed the Council <br />that the Planning Commission and City Staff are both recommending that <br />the City Council grant temporary extensions to the licenses and <br />conditional use permits for both NSP and UPA.
