Councilmember Schuldt abstained. <br /> <br />6.1 Sp-eci~l Assessment Reapportionmgnt <br /> <br />Lori Johnson indicated that a special assessment reapportionment <br />approval is requested for Parcel 115-010-000170. She indicated that <br />the lot is owned by John Gracik and the parcel is being split into <br />two parcels. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT <br />REAPPORTIONMENT FOR JOHN GRACIK, PARCEL 115-010-000170 OF LOT 17, <br />AUDITOR'S III ADDITION. She indicated that the agreement is <br />identical to the agreement which the Ci ty has entered into for the <br />past several years. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 90-2, A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY #42 <br />BRIDGE. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />6.3 Co_~~ideration of Ci~arette License Rene~als <br /> <br />Councilmember Kropuenske discussed with the Council the recent trend <br />in suburban communities to ban cigarette machines. It was the <br />consensus of the City Council to evaluate this type of cigarette <br />machine ban when licenses are removed next year. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE CIGARETTE LICENSES LISTED <br />IN THE MEMO FROM THE CITY CLERK DATED JANUARY 4, 1990. COUNCILMEMBER <br />HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br />
