COlJNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />8.2. 1991 Bud~et Amendments <br /> <br />Pat Klaers indicated that it is common practice to have budget <br />amendments which must be approved by the Council at the end of a budget <br />year. He indicated that as part of the budget amendment process, the <br />revenues and expenditures are reviewed and necessary adjustments are <br />made. Pat Klaers reviewed the revenues for 1991. He indicated that <br />the revenues were under by $118,500. He also reviewed the expenditures <br />and indicated that the expenditures were $123,750 less than a.dopted. <br />Pat Klaers also indicated that staff is requesting Council t.o close <br />the Dutch Elm fund. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 1991 BUDGET AMENDMENTS. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />COUNCHMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO CLOSE THE DUTCH ELM FUND TO THE GENERAL <br />FUND. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 3-1. Councilmemher Holmgren opposed. <br /> <br />8.3. Addendum to the Industrial Park Purchase Agreement <br /> <br />Pat Klaers indicated that the Elk River Invest.ors have requested to add <br />an additional unplatted parcel to the Purchase Agreement of the Elk <br />River Industrial Park. He indicated that the unplatted parcel is <br />considered undevelopable and that the City would be using the parcel <br />for storm sewer drainage and a ponding system. He further indicated <br />that the Elk Ri vel' Investors would not be charging the City for this <br />parce 1 . <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADDENDUM ADDING THE <br />UNPLATTED PARCEL WEST OF ALLTOOL I S PROPERTY TO THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />\VITH THE ASSOCIATED INVESTORS. COUNCHMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />B. 4. Deed Acceptance and Tr>ansfer to EDA <br /> <br />The Ci ty Administrator indicated that to complete the purchase of the <br />Elk River Industrial Park, the City Council must accept the deed from <br />the Investors and convey a deed to the EDA. <br />
