. . . Elk River City Council Minutes December 16, 1991 Page 10 11. Citv Administrator Update 1. The City Administrator informed the Council that there was an HRA meeting on Thursday, December 19. 2. The City Administrator informed the Counci I that the Health Care Commi ttee would be meeting in .Tanuary. 3. The City Administrator informed the Council that the layouts are being approved for the Highway 101 project. He indicated that there is a 60 day time period in which the City can send a resolution of support. It was the consensus of the Council to send a letter of slIpport of the Highway 101 project with a statement indicating that no delays take place in the project. 4. The City Administrator informed the Council that the Lake Orono Homeowners Association will have their annual meeting on February 25, 1992. He indicated the Association has requested that the Archi teet for the City Hall be present at the meeting. The City Administrator indicated that he felt if the Architect were present, the City Engineer should also be present. Mayor Tralle indicated he would attend the meeting. 5. The City Administr'ator noted an adjustment in the existing City Hall agreement timeframe for moving into the new City Hall from March of 1993 to May of 1993. 6. The City Administrator informed the Council that the City has submitted information to the State regarding the Comparable Worth Law. He stated that there may be some adjustments that Dlust be made in order for the City to be in compliance with the law and that a brief City Council meeting may be necessary on 12/30/91. 12. Adjournment There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
