Call Meeting To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River <br />City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m by Mayor Tralle. <br /> <br />2. Consider 12/16/91 City Council Agenda <br /> <br />Item 6.4, UPA and transport of RDF was added to the agenda. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 12/16/91 CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />3.1. Consider 11/25/91 Executive Session City Council Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE 11/25/91 EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />COUNCIL MINUTES. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />3.2. Consider 1219/91 Citv Council Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 12/9/91 CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Mike <br /> <br />lone Murray, resident of Westwood Subdivision, questioned why the new <br />road would be 24 feet wide. She stated that she was not in favor of <br />curbing in the area because there are oak trees on her property and the <br />curbing would kill the trees. Mayor Tralle indicated that this would <br />be addressed at the time of the next public hearing. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Eleanor Todahl, resident of Westwood Subdivision, questioned whether <br />the City was eligible for receiving MSA funding. She further <br />questioned whether the City has done anything to try to get additional <br />funding for the project. Mayor Tralle indicated that the City has <br />attempted to .l ocate addi ti ona} funding but has been unable to find a <br />program to provide funding at this time. <br />
