City Council Minutes May 6, ]991 Page 10 e Counci 1 member Kropuenske indicated that he did not feel the proposed location for the greenhouse was acceptable. He indicated it is in the way of parking and felt that the greenhouse should be moved to the west of the lot or not allowed at all. He fnrther indicated that the Council has requested other temporary greenhouses in the City to be moved to the ends of the parking areas so as not to cause congestion with parking. Councilmember Dietz concurred with Councilmember Kropuenske. COllNCII.MEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO ALLOW RON I S FOODS TO CONSTRUCT A TEMPORARY GREENHOUSE FACILITY OF APPROXIMATELY 10 FEET BY 50 FEET AND THAT THE GREENHOUSE IS TO BE LOCATED ON THE FAR WEST BORDER OF THE PARKING LOT. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. 7.1 !lmate on District Wiqe Recreation Director The City Administrator indicated that the Community Education Director has provided the Counci 1 with information on a proposed area wide recreation dj rector posi tion. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON 5/22/91 FOR THE PURPOSE OF A MNDOT TOUR AND LUNCHEON.
