individuals or clumps should continue, however, and those individuals should be treated if <br />burning is not adequately controlling them. If the plants are small they can be removed by <br />digging out the entire root. Generally though, chemical treatment is more feasible. If plants <br />are clumped, they can be treated by tying them together, cutting the blades, and treating <br />the cut surface with herbicide.
