<br />The Institute of Transportation Engineers' Trip Generation Manual is a dataset of traffic generated by
<br />different land use types and is the industry standard for forecasting the amount of traffic generated by
<br />developments. A trip generation analysis was done of the proposed development per the Trip Generation
<br />Manual, 10" Edition. The results are in Table 2 shown next to the trip generation forecasts from the 2004
<br />River Park Traffic Study.
