EOty1� ,.,�� Request for Action <br /> River <br /> To Item Number <br /> Mayor and City Council 4.4 <br /> Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br /> ConsentJanuary 16, 2018 Justin Femrite P.E., City Engineer <br /> Item Description Reviewed by <br /> 2018 Maintenance Agreement with Wright County Cal Portner, City Administrator <br /> for Parrish Avenue Bridge Reviewed by <br /> Action Requested <br /> Adopt,by motion, the 2018 Maintenance Agreement Resolution between the City of Elk River and <br /> Wright County for routine maintenance work on the Parrish Avenue Bridge. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> Annually, the City of Elk River is asked to enter into a maintenance agreement with Wright County for <br /> maintenance of the Parrish Avenue Bridge. Since the bridge was rebuilt, the city and Wright County have <br /> shared maintenance duties. The agreement is the same as the agreement entered into in past years. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> There is no financial impact beyond the maintenance issues that the city has currently been responsible <br /> for on the Parrish Avenue Bridge.
