Softball Request <br /> <br />Councilmember Dietz informed the City Council that Dave Anderson of the <br />Softball Association is requesting permission to put up two electronic <br />scoreboards which were donated by Viking Coke. He indicated that the <br />City would incur only minor costs associated with this request. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO ALLOW DAVE ANDERSON TO <br />INSTALLING THE SCOREBOARDS. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />PROCEED <br />SECONDED <br /> <br />WITH <br />THE <br /> <br />3.5. Westwood Update <br /> <br />Councilmember Dietz requested an update on Westwood. He questioned the <br />status of the agreement that the City Attorney was drafting to allow <br />for an extension in the hook up period. Mayor Tralle indicated that <br />Municipal utilities is currently reviewing the WAC fee. The fee may be <br />increased. The Council requested that property owners required to <br />hookup be notified of the potential WAC increase so that they would <br />have adequate time to pay the hook up fee prior to the increase. This <br />notification would also go to affected property owners in the Western <br />Area. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further <br />ADJOURN THE MEETING. <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> <br />TO <br />THE <br /> <br />The meeting of the Elk River City Council adjourned at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />~~o <br /> <br />Lorl.
