Call Meeting To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River <br />City Council was called to order at 8:10 p.m. by Mayor Tralle. <br /> <br />2. Consider 9/14/92 City Council Agenda <br /> <br />The following additions were made to the agenda: <br /> <br />3.3. Discussion on Refrigerator for Rental Property <br />3.4. Softball Request <br />3.5. Westwood Update <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO <br />AGENDA AS AMENDED. COUNCI LMEMBER <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />9/14/92 CITY COUNCIL <br />THE MOTION. THE <br /> <br />APPROVE THE <br />DIETZ SECONDED <br /> <br />3.1. Homecoming Parade <br /> <br />The City Council agreed that they would support the homecoming <br />festivities by riding in the parade. Staff will make arrangements for <br />a fire truck to be available for the City Council. <br /> <br />3.2. Board of Canvass <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO APPOINT ROGER HOLMGREN AS THE CITY <br />REPRESENTATIVE TO ATTEND THE COUNTY BOARD OF CANVASS TO BE HELD ON <br />FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, AT 10:00 A.M. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />3.3. City Rental Property <br /> <br />Bill Rubin informed the Council that the refrigerator at the City <br />rental property, Which is being rented to Jeff Asfahl, has stopped <br />working and staff is requesting permission to either purchase a new or <br />used refrigerator for the residence. It was City Council consensus to <br />buy a new refrigerator at a price not to exceed $600. The Council also <br />requested that the refrigerator be purchased locally if possible. <br />
