Naples Street Update

Terry Maurer indicated that he has drafted a letter to the Naples
Street and 186th Avenue residents regarding the upgrading of the
road. He indicated that he has been in contact with the residents and
has requested easement documents and right-of-entry agreements so that
work on the road could be completed. Terry Maurer stated that he has
been unable to receive these documents from all of the neighbors.
Terry Maurer suggested the Council remove the improvement from the
City's work schedule as it appears very doubtful the neighborhood will
provide the necessary easements for the project to be completed. In
late 1990 it was indicated to the City by the residents that the street
easements and right-of-way land would be obtainable, but this no longer
appears to be true.

It was the consensus of the City Council to send this letter to the
Naples street and 186th Avenue residents.
7.6.
